Required to work primarily at customer locations interacting with customers and customer’s supplier to train, facilitate and support the interphase between customers and inspection specialist and any other activity required by his supervisor to ensure efficient utilization of time and work order follow to deliver a service that has cost efficient and with highest quality.

Responsibilities

Test and inspect products at various states and locations, and compile and evaluate

Support with communication between locations.

Recommend modifications of existing quality procedures or work instructions to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.

Prepare graphs or charts of data or enter data into computer for analysis when needed.

Implement inspection and sampling techniques, quality control plans or other internal control procedures to ensure the inspection of products meet the client requirements

Visit suppliers (internal and external) when necessary

Interface with regulatory agencies, international standards representatives and/or other third party agents as needed

Participate in review and analysis related to the effectiveness/continuous improvement of the Quality System

Participate in root cause analysis team(s) working on inspections failures (escapes)

Assists in developing procedures, work instructions, and other documents relating to Quality.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years experience in Quality or related education training and experience.

Advanced Knowledge of documents relating to job.

Advanced knowledge of inspection processes.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such a proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.

Basic Computer Knowledge.

5 years of experience in Quality or related education training and experience.
